Got tacos al pastor ($3 each) with green and red salsa. The cook was very fast and did a great job! The food was delicious, make sure to squeeze some lemon and add some salt on top for extra flavor. Salsa was great, I prefer the green. I went a few minutes past sunset so the "atmosphere" wasn't great, but it's a food truck and the atmosphere is the last thing anyone is thinking about. It looks like they cook some of their food outside on a grill. They have a nice self serve salsa bar in front of the truck itself.
I ordered the Special which consisted of two whole chickens, chopped for you and two sides. I selected rice and beans.
The rice and beans had great flavor, but I thought the beans were a little too runny for my liking.
I phoned in my order, which was fun because I got to practice speaking Spanglish LOL. The Señora on the other line was very patient and helpful.
Lastly, my favorite of all the salsa's was the green chunky option.
As for the sides, I mentioned the rice and beans were very good, but in the future, I think I will opt for the macaroni salad, which was suggested by my colleague.
All in all, I am happy with the value and quality of the food received. I will be back :-)

My hubby and I were searching for lunch spot after the leaving the Gun Store just a couple doors down and as soon as we stepped out of the building we smelt this deliciousness! Quick, fresh and bomb ass tacos! My only regret is not trying the pollo or asada! But there Al Pastor was definately fire! We will be back for more!
